For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by human potential and the ability we have to craft the outcomes that we experience in our lives. I wanted to know: what is it that makes people motivated, successful and happy in their lives? And why is it that some people struggle, and others thrive - while often overcoming significantly challenging circumstances?
How can I harness this power in my own life to build a life that I’m happy to live, a career that doesn’t feel like work - and how can I share my secrets with the world?

Have you seen the show Billions? If you have, people often use the character Wendy who is a performance coach for a leading hedge fund company and a psychologist by trade as a frame of reference for the work that I do.
Similar to the show Billions, I use my knowledge of counselling psychology and facilitating personal transformation and combine it with the business expertise I’ve gained from consulting with a multitude of business owners and leaders from various sectors, as well as growing my own company from the ground up.
I had my first introduction to entrepreneurship when I started my first business as an independent consultant for a health and wellness company in 2013 and that’s when I knew I’d found my calling. I built a sales team, inspired others to live healthier, happier lives and mentored team of consultants by empowering them with the belief, tools and support to build a career and lifestyle of their own design.
This is where the flame for entrepreneurship was ignited. And there was no going back.
By the time I graduated with my Masters in Counselling in 2014, I’d spent ten years in post secondary education and had cultivated a unique combination of expertise and skills along the way. I decided it was time to share what I had learned with the world and help people in the ways that only I could with my specific knowledge, skills and personal attributes.
Throughout the past ten years around the growth of my business, I have worked in collaboration with our Regional Center for Education providing guidance, education, mentorship and support to professionals, students and families, alongside growing my coaching practice and education company.
To help people around the world bring their innovative products and services to the market at a broader scale - because when transformational companies succeed, the world is positively impacted.
That includes your unique talents, your personality, your voice and most importantly: your heart. I believe that cultivating a sense of ownership over your career, purpose, personal brand, how you show up in the world, and how you impact others is foundational to both happiness and success in the modern world.
Most importantly, I believe that too many people are simply going through the motions when they have reservoirs of untapped potential inside of them - for happiness, productivity, motivation, inspiration and to experience a sense of ownership over their career, energy and day to day life. No matter how big your dreams or the obstacles you are facing, you have the power to write your own story. And therefore to change the world.
